What do you charge?
We calculate the cost based on factors like:
- the distance between your current and new home,
- the total weight or volume of your belongings,
- and any additional services you might need, such as packing or assembly.

How long will my move take?
The duration depends on the size of your move, distance, if there are stairs, and services required. We’ll give you a time estimate during your quote estimate.
Example: 2 bedroom house, garage, 35 miles apart, basement stairs, 2nd floor stairs, and disassemble and then reassemble all beds.
With 3 movers, this may take about 5-6 hours
Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?
No. We strive for transparency in our pricing. We'll discuss all potential fees with you upfront to avoid surprises.
Most importantly, we will communicate with you in the event the final transaction gets affected—like moving more items than initially talked about, additional stops, or asking to do more than originally anticipated.

What should I do if my belongings are damaged during the move?
While we handle your items with utmost care, accidents can happen. If you notice any damage, please document it and contact us immediately.
We'll guide you through the claims process to resolve the issue promptly.
Can I leave items in my dresser or drawers?
It's best to remove items from dressers and drawers to prevent damage or shifting during transit. Our team ensures safe handling of all furniture.
However, you may leave it to us if you'd like!
How far in advance should I book your services?
2-4 weeks ahead to secure your preferred schedule. But if you need to be booked sooner, let us know!
What happens if it rains or snows?
We’re ready for any weather.
We protect your items with plastic shrink wrap and moving blankets, and we use floor runners to keep your floors clean and dry. In severe conditions, we’ll discuss rescheduling for everyone’s safety. Your belongings are always our priority!
Will I be charged for dead time?
No, we do not charge for dead time for local moves. (truck got stuck, lunch breaks, supply run, sluggish labor, etc.) You only pay for the time when we leave our office, time spent actively working on your move, and then we stop the time when we end the move.
