Step 1: Request a Free Estimate

• Contact us via phone, email, or our Contact Form to schedule your free moving estimate.  

• During the estimate, we’ll discuss your needs, inventory your belongings, and provide a detailed, transparent quote.  

Step 2: Schedule Your Move

• Once you’re ready, book your moving date.  

• We’ll confirm the details, such as the time, addresses, and any special requests you may have.  

Step 3: Prepare for Moving Day

• Start packing your belongings or let us handle it with our professional packing services.  

• We will call/text/email you 2-3 days before the Moving Day Arrival to discuss logistics and anything we may have missed.

Step 4: Moving Day Arrival

• Our team will arrive within a 30-minute window, equipped with all the necessary tools, dollies, and protective materials.  

• Before starting, we’ll walk through your home to confirm the plan and address any last-minute concerns.  

• We start by seeing what needs to be protected with shrink wrap, padded blankets, boxes, etc.

• We begin that process of protection

Step 5: Loading Your Belongings

• We carefully load your items onto our truck, ensuring everything is secure and organized.  

• Fragile and high-value items are handled with extra care and securely padded.  

Step 6: Transportation to Your New Home

• Our experienced drivers will safely transport your belongings to your new location.  

• If your move includes a longer distance, we’ll keep you updated on our ETA and progress.  

Step 7: Unloading and Placement

• Upon arrival, we’ll unload your items.

• We'll place them in the rooms you’ve designated. 

• Large furniture will be reassembled, and we’ll ensure everything is where you want it.  

Step 8: Final Walkthrough

Before we leave, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything has been delivered and set up as requested. If there are any concerns, we’ll address them on the spot.  

Step 9: Post-Move Support

Have a damage concern? We’ll handle any claims quickly and fairly to ensure your satisfaction.
