Final Step Before Booking 

We’ll use your answers to confirm availability, prep your crew, and make sure we bring the right tools and supplies for your move. 

Here are a few reminders:

Payment is due at the end of the move. 

Labor Rate:

2 movers = $160 per hr
3 movers = $190 per hr
4 movers = $220 per hr
addtl. mover = +$30 per hr
Labor Rate is rounded to the nearest quarter hour (15th minute)

Truck Rate:

$150-250+ flat rate (dependent on distance)

Supplies Cost:

$10-250+ variable cost (dependent on what/how many supplies used)

Junk Cost:

$350-800+ variable cost (dependent on the weight of all of the junk)

What Services We Provide:

• Local Move = A local move is defined as any move within 40 miles from your original pickup address.
• Long Distance / Out of State Move = A long distance move is defined as any move over 40 miles from your original pickup address or crossing state lines. 
• PRIME PACKERS ™ Full Service = We do EVERYTHING. We will bring boxes and various supplies to pack, wrap, disassemble, load, transport, unload, reassemble, stage items, etc.
• Packing = Only packing things into boxes and shrink wrapping all furnitures.
• Loading = Only labor to load into a truck/pod/etc.
• Unloading = Only labor to unload from a truck/pod/etc.
• In-House = Only labor to move or do things within/around the house/property
• Junk = loading junk furniture and items into truck to take to landfill.
